Telcovate delivered a 2N intercom solution serving all 37 apartments, together with smart door locks. A completed residential-building project bringing entrance communication and door access into the scope of one integration partner.

CASE STUDY / COMPLETED INSTALLATION
Connecting an existing garage door to the intercom while retaining its motor and controller.
A customer needed to open an existing garage door through an IP intercom. The intercom’s powered output needed an interface compatible with the garage controller’s contact input.
Telcovate added a relay interface between the intercom output and the garage controller, retaining the existing motor and controller.
Residents could open the garage from both their indoor screen and phone. The existing safety sensors and obstruction protection remained operational and were tested after installation.

We installed and commissioned the intercom system and trained the client to use it. The project video shows the indoor monitor and entrance view.
